Reflux

Many parents worry that a spitty infant has a serious medical condition. Most spitty babies grow just fine and spit up much less after 6 months of age. Newly published research suggests that some medicines used for reflux may increase risk for fractures and should be used infrequently. This article reviews the causes and solutions for this condition as well as guidelines on which symptoms need further evaluation.
