Helping your child develop self-esteem

Self-esteem is shaped by a child’s perceptions and expectations of himself and also by the perceptions and expectations of the significant people in his life such as you. The following link reviews how each of us can help each child in our lives build a healthy sense of self-esteem. Your child’s check-up will include a review of her emotional development. Please call (417) 882-1600 to schedule your child’s next visit (annually at age 2 and after).
